Somehow my computer (not this one ) has been infected with a worm/trojan called Zafi.B. Can anyone help as to how to remove this. My other computer is functioning really poorly so I've tried to click on safe Google sites promising a remody but am getting nowhere. Please help..............!!!!!

How do I get rid of the Win32.Zafi.B Virus? (Answers: 3) (Comments: 0)

Hello, I received a computer from my school, and it had the Win32.Zafi.B worm. I tried to do a system restore, but after I choose my date and click next, nothing happens. I have MacAfee on that computer, and it isnt doing anything. I really don't know what to do, and I need help. Can you please tell me how to get rid of it in a simple way? I have no experience with a computer. Is there anyway to do it manualy? My internet doesnt work on that computer.

How can I get my AVG anti virus to start updating again? (Answers: 5) (Comments: 0)

I've just managed to get rid of the zafi.b worm but now i've reinstalled AVG anti virus it keeps saying "connection to update server failed", my internet is working fine again now so it seems weird that it is unable to connect... help please! :)

Cheap antivirus beats free antivirus!
I had a free antivirus installed on my computer, but it didn't protect me from all malware, especially trojans :(( Then a friend recommended to use the free trial from BitDefender Internet Security 2009. It has different modules for firewall, antispam, antiphishing, antirootkit and many more. I'm very pleased with this solution, and I'm looking forward for the 2010 release. And it's really cheap!
