Trojan Source Informationi need help getting rid of a trojan source file? (Answers: 6) (Comments: 0)i quarantined the trojan program, called nuvens using anti spyware, however, i still have the source file. It is a picture file i downloaded on limewire. The right click menu does not contain the options of cutting, cpoying or deleting it and i cannot drag it somewhere else. I cannot burn it onto a CD and i cannot delete it using cmd.exe. Please help me get rid of this without buying anything. What i mean is the trojan it not a problem. i just dont like the source file that i downloaded. its a file and i cannot do anything to it. the file is in the My pictures folder. what im saying is, can i go into the system and force delete a file. That file is just there. it cannot be moved, copied, deleted, or renamed. i already deleted the trojan it had but i dont want the file to stll be there. DON'T JUST READ THE TITLE OF AN QUESTION! I DON'T NEED NEW SOFTWARE! I REALLY NEED TO GET RID OF A SOURCE FILE. I GOT RID OF THE TROJAN. Norman Malware cleaner, Avast, Comodo, etc. avg only detects them sometimes while superantispyware does not. Avast and Comodo slowed down windows xp so i deleted those two but they really didn't help because the trojan source was not deleted permanetly. Are there any other free programs. I tried deleting the downloader files manually but no files can be found. Internet Explorer has slowed down, thats how i know trojans are still in my pc. So what is the best solution?
