(Answers: 5) (Comments: 0)Bt Broadband have sent a link asking its customers to download McAfee security software and remove Norton's their previous partners. Since downloading it I cannot perform a full scan without the laptop computer either freezing, or switching its self off. I have no problems with the quick scan, but not the full scan. I've even tried removing and re-installing the software but still the problem exists. Can anyone give me any idea how to overcome this issue. Bt Broadband support have not been very help full.
